I call these EFB's but they should be called pound packers because they are so good it's hard to eat just one. Very easy to make.
4 cups Bisquick, krustz or low fat baking mix
1 cup plain or flavored yogurt
1 cup lemon-lime soda or 7up
1/2 cup butter (no margarine)
1 T. garlic powder or crushed (optional)
1T. Parmesan (optional)
Melt butter and pour into a 9x13 pan. Set aside.
Mix together Bisquick, yogurt, lemon-lime until it forms a sticky ball. Knead lightly on floured board until it is not so sticky. Roll out to 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick depending on how big you want them.
Cut into rounds with biscuit cutter or glass place each biscuit on top of melted butter.
Go ahead and place them close together in the pan.
Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes.
Betcha can't eat just one. YUMMERS
